With over 20 years of experience in data, learning, talent development, and analytics, Michele Graham leads Amplity’s Intel business line and our AI platform, AnswerY™. Her expertise spans the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, with a focus on helping clients leverage information to creatively solve business challenges and improve patient care. Under Michele’s leadership, AnswerY delivers actionable insights using healthcare provider conversations, powered by proprietary AI and NLP, to offer real-time intelligence for optimizing commercial, medical, and real-world data strategies. Michele holds a BS and MS in Education from The College of Saint Rose and a CAS in Educational Research from the University at Albany. She is dedicated to helping Amplity client partners drive innovation and achieve meaningful results.

With over 20 years of experience working in data, learning, talent development + analytics/measurement, Michele leads our Intel business. Her experience spans the public, private + not-for-profit sectors. She is especially focused on the intersection of how our clients use information and creativity to solve their business problems + deliver new ideas that improve business success and patient care. Michele has her BS and MS in education from The College of Saint Rose and her CAS in Educational Research from the University at Albany.
