Michael A. Griffith
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mike is a team builder who creates high-performance winning cultures, creates unique brand identities, grows revenues, and exceeds regulatory standards. He has a distinguished track record building and leading global pharmaceutical service businesses.
Most recently, Mike was an Operating Partner with Altamont Capital Partners (ACP) where he led the acquisition of the commercialization assets of Publicis Health, the predecessor of Amplity Health. ACP is a private equity firm with over $2.5 billion in capital under management, focused primarily on making long-term control investments in middle-market businesses.
Previously, Mike served as President of the Commercial Division of inVentiv Health and has led several pharmaceutical service businesses including Laureate Biopharma, Aptuit, and ChiRex. In addition, he has served on numerous public boards including Repligen, Axonyx and Centrue.
Mike is currently Executive Chairman of HealthPrize Technologies, a global leader in patient adherence technology for the life sciences industry. Mike received a Master of Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from The University of Kansas.
Mike enjoys competition of all varieties, from the basketball court to the bridge table to the golf course, where he is still trying to improve and passionately believes that next year will be better.
Archie Robinson
Head of Client Engagement
As Head of Client Engagement at Amplity Health, Archie currently focuses on developing strategic relationships with key clients at the senior levels of their organization. In partnership with Amplity’s leadership, he delivers customized business solutions, with an eye to each clients’ individual needs.
With more than thirty years of proven experience in the life sciences industry, Archie continues to bring a strong strategic lens to his work. Since joining Amplity Health in 2011, he has held a number of positions across the organization, from General Manager to Vice President of Sales, Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President, Commercial Solutions.
Previously, Archie served as Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Intercell, USA, Inc. He joined Intercell after more than 18 years at Pharmacia, most recently as the Executive Director of Strategic Operations, reporting to the President, North America. During his tenure at Pharmacia, the breadth and depth of his commercial leadership portfolio included sales, marketing, strategic operations, and account management. Archie earned a Master of Biological Science degree with a concentration in microbiology from Marshall University.
Archie enjoys reading, weekend biking with his wife and travel with family and friends.
Christina DiBiase
Head of Commercial Solutions
As Head of Commercial Solutions, Christina is responsible for overseeing the solutions and implementation of all commercial strategies. Working collaboratively with Amplity business line leaders, she is accountable for all commercial activities and performance with respect to business development, marketing, and program & project management.
She has 25 years in the industry and brings a broad range of pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare experience to clients. She is known for successfully leading some of the most complex multichannel sales and marketing teams. Previously, she worked at Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson where she spearheaded award-winning sales teams and groundbreaking marketing campaigns. Christina is a graduate of the University of Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Science and holds an MBA in marketing. She is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association (HBA) where she was honored as a 2010 Rising Star in the healthcare industry. Christina enjoys cycling and traveling with her husband and two sons. You can find her on the weekends traveling to Fencing, Lacrosse and Hockey tournaments across the country. Her favorite travel memory is getting caught in a blizzard at the top of a mountain in Zermatt and living to tell the survival story.
Rebecca O’Loughlin
Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Becky is charged with the continued evolution of our global people strategy and the commitment to our vision to be a high-performing team that delivers on true partnership so colleagues and clients choose us time and again. Becky brings more than 20 years of experience as a human resource leader and management consultant to Amplity Health. She leads our strategies around talent, leadership, organization, and culture, enabling our organization and teams to operate at their best and exceed client expectations.
Previously, Becky worked in management consulting with Accenture before launching her human resources career at QVC and Qurate Retail Group. Throughout her HR tenure, Becky has been focused on managing business transformations that drive organizational alignment, talent management strategies, and a strong company culture. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Le Moyne College
Becky and her family enjoy sports and travel. They spent 2 years living in Dusseldorf, Germany and enjoy traveling abroad, lake life in upstate New York, and quality time with friends and family. Becky is an avid runner—for fitness, for the great company of her running friends, and for a brief mental break from all the crazy.
Suzanna Lawrence
Executive Chairman, Amplity Limited
As Executive Chairman, Amplity Limited, Suzanna has an active role in acquiring new business and managing existing clients with a single-minded focus that, through the high-quality work of her team, more patients will gain access to and benefit from the best medicines for the right reasons.
Previously, Suzanna began her professional career as an electronics engineer working for 10 years in the photolithographical process of semiconductor production. She later transitioned into life sciences and spent almost 18 years at GlaxoSmithKline in a variety of sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility. She is the co-founder of Tardis Medical Consultancy and built a business acknowledged by clients as the leading authority in medical affairs. They became part of Amplity in February 2019. She is an NLP Practitioner and Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management. Suzanna went to Harrow Technical College to study Electronics and Electrical Engineering and graduated from Nottingham University as the only female engineer that year. Suzanna enjoys keeping fit and finds it helps if she has a fitness goal or target to strive toward. This has resulted in her competing in several triathlons as well as climbing Ben Nevis (the highest mountain in the UK) to raise money for research into Alzheimer’s Disease and running the London Marathon for the Child Bereavement Society. The highlight of any day is when she’s walking with her two dogs, Ollie and Snoopy on the beach and laughing at their antics.
Eric Green
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Eric combines over 2 decades of health law experience with a deep understanding of sales and marketing compliance. He is responsible for all of our legal and compliance efforts. He is also Secretary to our Board of Directors.
Previously, Eric was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of inVentiv Health (now Syneos) where he led a legal and compliance team of over 150 professionals. Before inVentiv, Eric served as primary legal support for Quintiles’ (now IQVIA) global commercial and consulting businesses. He was Quintiles’ lead employment law attorney and sat on their Disclosure Committee. After Quintiles, Eric served as senior counsel at GE Healthcare, where he helped launch the Clinical Data Services business, which de-identified and aggregated data from GE’s electronic medical record clients for use in health economics and outcomes research. He also was lead research counsel for GE Healthcare IT. Over his career, Eric has negotiated thousands of healthcare-related agreements, including commercialization, joint venture, alliance, royalty, acquisition, and research agreements.
He holds a law degree with High Honors from Rutgers University School of Law and an MBA from the University of London.
Eric’s passion for healthcare is informed by his own journey as a Stage 4 colon cancer patient and survivor. He was also an intercollegiate bowler and has rolled a perfect 300 game.
Pravin Wilfred
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer at Amplity, Pravin’s vision is taking Amplity as a data-driven, client-focused organization to the next level, which includes creating custom technology solutions for our clients. His goal for the technology organization is to provide these custom technology services to our clients while managing speed and cost. Pravin leads the technology strategies within the organization, which includes Six Sigma processes, CRM solutions, Agile Transformation, Business Intelligence platforms, and ERP solutions. Pravin brings 22+ years’ experience in the technology space, having led significant teams in other organizations.
Previously, he was Chief Information Officer at Highway Toll Administration—a technology company for over 6 years where he created and implemented a new technology strategy, built high-performing on- and offshore teams, brought in new processes like Six Sigma and agile development, and provided a rapid transformation of their technology platforms. He also played a key role in the sale of the company and taking the company public. Prior to that he led large technology teams in healthcare organizations at Medco and Express Scripts for over 15 years. He holds a Masters of Science in Computers and Engineering from Southern Illinois University.
To keep fit, Pravin enjoys playing racquetball and soccer. Travel is always on his mind and Switzerland is one of his family’s favorite spots. His favorite pastime is enjoying a relaxing afternoon with his family and 2 dogs.
Cheryl Nagowski
Head of Market Access
As Head of Market Access, Cheryl develops and enhances managed care strategies for our pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and medical-device clients. She uses data-driven insights to inform pricing, contracting and strategic recommendations at all stages of the product life cycle.
She has been called on the improve patient access to cutting-edge innovations, to include gene therapy and crucial advances in rare disease. Before joining Team Amplity, Cheryl founded a consulting firm devoted to helping life science companies maximize coverage and adoption of their products. An expert in Federal market optimization, Cheryl has worked extensively on helping clients effectively launch and grow in this challenging segment. Cheryl commenced her industry experience at Genentech where she managed national, regional and federal payer pricing, contracting and strategy. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical arena, she worked as a buyer and negotiator for the Department of Defense in research programs. Cheryl holds an MPS in Strategic Public Relations from the George Washington University.
Brian Tyburski
Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations
As Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations, Brian is responsible for driving growth through sales and operational excellence in all Amplity business lines. In this role, he will also oversee medical communications via our Publications and Medical Communications Agency.
In addition, Brian has been appointed to Amplity’s Board of Directors. An entrepreneur known for his healthcare communications expertise, Brian has more than 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of publishing and information distribution platforms. Brian started his first company in 2002, where he identified an opportunity within the oncology care ecosystem to improve the lives of patients suffering from cancer and rare diseases. Drawing from a personal cancer experience and his awareness of the needs of stakeholders across the cancer care continuum, he founded a new company, The Lynx Group, in 2007. Throughout his career, Brian has kept pace with the latest and most significant advancements in oncology, and he is focused on his longtime commitment to fill the gaps in communication among pharma, research, educational institutions, and the healthcare providers that care for patients with cancer. His achievements in that regard include the development of numerous journals, seminars, and industry meetings, and he is continually directing his attention to growing an extensive network of providers and patients to better facilitate the ever-expanding flow of information. Brian always likes a good challenge, and when he isn’t in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the mountains of the west and the waterways of the east coast.
Thomas Janis
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Tom provides financial and strategic guidance to the company, manages our financial operations, and liaises with investors and bankers. Tom brings more than 26 years of broad finance leadership expertise, including 13 years in the CFO role.
Previously, Tom served as CFO and other executive roles for several growth-oriented, private-equity backed B2B companies in a variety of industries. To unwind, Tom likes to spend time around his home working on any number of improvement projects.
Nick Willhoft, PhD
Head of Medical Communications
Nick Willhoft, PhD, is the Head of Medical Communications. He has enjoyed a 25-year career in the health and wellness industry, supporting medical communications, training, and educational programs for professional, industry, and consumer audiences.
He started his career in the UK at Novo Nordisk before taking various positions leading medical communications teams based in the UK, US, Korea, and Singapore.
Nick supports his clients by helping to develop insight-driven communications to inform and educate professional and lay audiences. Nick has worked with oncology teams in the industry to deliver a range of strategic communications, educational programs, field team training, and publication planning.
Joanne Tordoff
Head of International Medical Solutions
As Head of International Medical Solutions, Joanne Tordoff is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and execution of our European, Asia Pacific, and Latin America outsourced operations.
Joanne sources, builds, and develops highly credentialed, bespoke medical and clinical teams to deliver engaging scientific content, uncover meaningful insights and drive patient recruitment. She helps clients meet their goals and ultimately change clinical practice.
Denise Chambley, PharmD
Head, North America Medical Solutions
At Amplity, Denise is the Leader of North America Medical Solutions, where she is responsible for medical strategy creation as well as the design and oversight of all solutions for clients needing Medical Affairs, Clinical R&D, and Commercial solutions with a medical focus.
Denise is a healthcare professional with over 32 years of experience in the medical industry. She is a true patient advocate and is known for partnering with our clients to help the patients they serve.
