OUR TASK
Upskill CTLs in conversation skills so they get to the root of delays and activate sites for a lifesaving maternal-fetal clinical trial. Conduct a 1-day workshop on curiosity building and follow-up questioning. After the class, CTLs better conveyed to principal investigators the trial’s critical importance to pregnant women and unborn babies. As a result, 1 site opened 2 months early.
