On-Demand Webinar: Equipping Pharmaceutical Nurse Educators with Skills for Industry Success

Many nurses come to pharma from direct patient care unprepared with the business skills they need to succeed. Hired based on their clinical competence and therapeutic specialty, they can lack the soft skills needed to educate HCPs, train their peers, and coach patients to maintain adherence.  These skills include:

  • Presentation skills
  • Account management
  • Time management
  • Adjusting to remote work
  • Collaborating across matrix organizations
  • Pharma compliance

In this webinar, three oncology nurse educators describe the skills they wished they’d had when starting in pharma.
