Lonny Schilt

Head of Sales Operations and Enablement

Lonny is a veteran pharmaceutical + biotech executive. As a key leader at Amplity, he oversees market intelligence, sales operations, and strategic project management initiatives, ensuring our client programs deliver the highest return on investment in the industry. His leadership also extends to data and analytics efforts, driving actionable insights and optimizing outcomes. Before joining Amplity, Lonny spent over 20 years at Merck, where he held progressively senior roles, leading high-performing sales teams and business operations groups. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
