As Chief People Officer, Erica leads Amplity’s global people strategy and human resource operations. She brings more than 15 years of human resources strategic partnership and leadership experience to this role having held senior HR roles at publicly traded and private equity backed businesses. She is deeply committed to improving organizational effectiveness and creating talent management programs that drive high performing, engaged cultures. Erica earned her bachelor’s in psychology from Penn State University, and she holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University.
