As Amplity’s Interim CEO, Jim is a seasoned senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning and business transformation. Throughout his career, Jim has held executive leadership roles at Genesis HealthCare, one of the nation’s largest providers of long-term care, and provided strategic advisory services to numerous healthcare clients as Managing Partner at Valentine Associates LLC and during his time at KPMG. Jim has successfully led turnaround efforts, monetized entrepreneurial businesses, and driven operational improvements. His passion for education is reflected in his work with organizations such as ECMC Group, The Tug McGraw Foundation, and Bancroft, where he has championed initiatives to improve outcomes in healthcare and education. A first-generation college graduate, Jim holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University.
