OUR TASK
Train the field medical team for a large global pharmaceutical company launching a new breast cancer therapeutic. Use adult learning theory to cement knowledge. Practice vocal skills, metaphor, story arcs, hooks and emotion. Working with the team for five months, we made storytelling a central part of MSLs’ conversations, improving the quality of insights gathered.
