Chris Baker (CB): So why did Organon choose Amplity of all the outsourced sales team partners?
Matthew Stafford (MS): Well, we needed a solution that allowed us to be agile and respond quickly to those market dynamics. Amplity had worked with other parts of our organization and really established a nice track record of recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development of a sales team. You had existing sales team capabilities across a broad set of customer-facing roles that we really needed. You had sales specialists, hybrid sales roles, you had nurse educators. So, it’s really the combination of those factors that really led us to consider Amplity at the time.
CB: That’s great. I know every outsourced partner can say that they hire great people. Is there anything that you’d like to comment about the level of leadership for your dedicated national as well as the ongoing communication that you think made a difference?
MS: Well, you guys had proven to other parts of our organization that you had a dedication to sales excellence and accountability for a commercial sales team. We knew that there was a foundational and unwavering commitment to compliance. And so, it was the combination of those factors that it really kind of came together in the selection of Amplity at the time. And what’s been rewarding, I think for both of our organizations, is how Amplity has enhanced its capabilities over time and continues to evolve to meet our needs — which change — and that really has strengthened our long-term relationship. And so, it has been a good 10-year run, and I expect that it could be a good run into the future.
